The Violet Pomander

‘Go where the spirit takes you and know yourself above the earth in touch with infinity and yet on earth’ - Vicky Wall, Aura-Soma Self-Discovery through color.

This pomander with its sweet, sweet smell allows an encompassing calm to take hold. The release of tension frees us up to uncover our old pain and allows us to let go: an inner non-resistance to events - becoming one with whatever happens becomes a way of life. We increasingly accept the fleetingness of every situation, the transience of all form: we are able to accept that there is no good and bad – that everything is as it must be and serves the purpose of supporting the expansion of consciousness.

Rather than being trapped within the vortex of our ancient traumas we gain a higher vantage point from which to view the events in our life. This sense of detachment (not withdrawal) frees us from our imprisonment in form. We create space around the emotional highs and lows and, above all, space between our thoughts. And from there we ground our self in a peace that goes beyond intellectual understanding: we can enjoy our experiences without losing self in them and very naturally we become less addicted to the world.

This pomander helps balance the electrical flow between the two hemispheres of the brain and quietens the inner dialogue that makes a deep meditation possible. Access to the new is welcomed and we are more able to consciously embrace life, trusting the perfection of all that is.
